kaf01I recently purchased this bag for a bike camping trip and was pleased. The bag mounts easly and sets away from the bar enough to access my two mini brake levers next to the stem. The bag is well made and has several little pockets for storage. I used the bag to store valuables and items I wanted easy access to and it worked great. The bag detaches easily and has a nice handle for carry which is convienent when you want to leave your bike and take your valuables with you.
The only difficulty I had with this bag is that the accessory bar was not high enough to mount my light to and have it clear the bag, i ended up using a head lamp and just stored it in the bag.

AlohaMikeonBikecute but too many little pockets. I would prefer one undivided compartment.
Very convenient otherwise and solid.

InterpopulusFirst impression: I love it.
Latest impression: I still do.
I got this because I'm going to be biking across America this summer alone, and I need a means for carrying my necessities when I have to lock up my bike.
Going into stores with the bag is no problem, since I simply unclip it and attach the shoulder strap. It kinda looks fashionable (at least acceptably so...) and some people have likened it to a camera bag.
Truth be told, it's actually sitting on the table next to me right now...
My only complaint was the attachment bracket. The screw was too short on one side, so I had to replace the plastic fitting with a smaller amount of fabric. Still works, but a bit "janky"

wildergeekI bought based on the reviews by others and was not disappointed. When I took it out of the shipping box, it was smaller than I expected but it turned out to be the perfect size. If it was any bigger, I think it would cause handling issues for me when riding.
Big enough for snacks, camera, extra batteries, mini xtrapod, cell phone, wallet, etc.; everything I need to keep handy.
First day I used it, the weather was rainy, Rain cover works and is a nice freebie.
What I REALLY liked was the accessory mount. It gave me the perfect place to mount my GPS;

A Guesteverything I wanted in a handlebar bag! Lots of pockets, lots of space, good map holder, easy to mount on the handlebars, snaps off quickly. Great bag for any price!

A GuestThe Topeak Tour Guide is a great bag for those looking to spend a day on your bike. I am able to fit most of what I need for an all day tour into this bag and like the ablity to remove the bag should I stop at a restaurant or shop. It does have a clear map pocket which helps during several rides that I have done that I wasn't framiliar with the area.
I have been lucky enough not to have had to use the included rain cover but it is there if I need it.

vanvalksI ride a recumbent tadpole trike and have the bag mounted just below my right elbow. The clear map case on top is reasonably visible and would appear to keep the maps dry (but I haven't tried a hard rain). The main compartment is big enough for a DSLR with a spare lens, and there are multiple zippered pockets for cell phone, wallet, first aid kit, etc. Construction appears to be excellent with no obvious sewing problems. Mounting is easy, but I'm not so sure of the security of the cable that wraps around the stem to keep the bag from rotating. It would be easy to exceed the weight limit for the mount because of the roominess of the bag.

A GuestThis bag is just a bit smaller than I had anticipated. It was large enough to hold a SLR camera and some maps. It is fine if that is what you intend it for.
