The Racing Ralph HS425 is the newest Racing Ralph from Schwalbe. "An out and out competition tire", durability and puncture protection are not high. Speed is pretty much the only thing here--and with the HS425, Schwalbe has really taken it to the next level: 30g lighter and 20% less rolling resistance over the previous HS391s.

Triple Star Compound combination: GateStar
A combination developed specifically for 4X events, this is the most diverse Triple Star Compound. The same "easy rolling" base layer that all Schwalbe Triple Star Compounds have, the "extremely soft" designation shoulder compound normally associated with downhill and serious all-mountain riding, and the "medium" designation center tread compound for real speed--normally found in race oriented XC tires.
