Designed for the Mukluk, the Mukluk 3 rear hub is great for value oriented 170mm Fat Bike wheels.
The Mukluk 3 hub uses a steel axle and freehub body along with 2 sealed bearings. Unlike the Mukluk 2 hub, the freehub bearings are not serviceable on this model.
Because the Mukluk hub is 170mm wide it will not work on the Surly Pugsley or other Fat Bikes that use an offset wheel build.
Service parts for the hub are available:

If you have a 24" frame that will fit a 170mm hub, then yes. This hub will not work on standard spaced frames.
The Mukluk frame will not work with 24" wheels because the cranks will strike the ground.
