You might be able to get them to seal, but they aren't designed to be used tubeless and not sealing would not be considered a warranty defect.
Wire bead tires generally have trouble sealing at the bead because they do not fit as tight against the rim.

I've been very pleased with the Panaracer Fire XC Pro. Bought it to replace the same one after approximately 1200 miles primarily cross country. Good traction in a variety of conditions.
And a big thanks to Fort Tree Bikes for great customer service. This arrived in a matter of days just in time for an Epic ride in the Upper Buffalo (Arkansas).
