I have the original Iacocca E Bike and have had these tires on my bike for 15 years. The front tire is fine the rear tire I changed because of all the weight I have a 500 W motor in the rear hub plus a lithium ion battery 36 V 20 amp hour battery on the rack above the rear tire. These tires are great and loose gravel and hard packed sand! The quality is more than outstanding as you would expect from a high end Japanese tire company. I will continue to purchase these same tires as long as I live. You have a little bit of road noise from the Nobby nature of the tire which is well worth it when you hit hard packed sand!
