Both the shell and rails are made from high-modulus unidirectional carbon fiber, processed in an autoclave to achieve an exceptionally compact and uniform structure. This process enhances stiffness and durability while keeping the weight down to an impressive 135 grams. The differential section rail design accounts for how forces are distributed along the saddle, improving strength where it matters most.

A lightweight EVA padding layer provides just the right amount of cushioning without sacrificing responsiveness, while the PU cover with high-grip film helps maintain a stable riding position even during sustained efforts in the aero bars.
