Built from T700 carbon fiber and processed in an autoclave, the shell resists deformation over time while remaining responsive under load. The UD carbon rails with an elliptical 7x9 mm profile add strength and further reduce weight. Lightweight EVA padding provides subtle cushioning without bulk, and both the pad and structure are replaceable for extended product life.
