The spindle should fit, because they both should be 24mm, you may need additional spacers that are not included with the bottom bracket. Shimano road bottom brackets will also work just fine.

According to FSA's compatibility chart, this will work with Team Issue series cranksets with carbon spider and Arc spline spindle.

It is but with a lot of playing around and buying a lot of different shims. Had for 3 weeks and still waiting for shims to get it to work. No one could seem to help even FSA, they could not answer questions. The bearings are a different thickness so you need to shim them to line everything up. Next time I will bite the bullet and take it to a shop.

This BB is well made and is just what I needed for my SL-K Light crankset. On its own, this would earn it about 4.5 starts (.5 down as it's more costly than it should be cf. DuraAce)
Having said that, it's almost the case that FSA make a different BB for every crankset and generation thereof. I found it very difficult to research and figure out what was required for my new crankset. It took many hours to do this. C'mon FSA - make it easier for us!
There's a lot to be said for the simplicity of BB30. I'll be looking for that on my next frame
