tylerdurden36 I've ridden nothing but Brooks for the last 27 years. Team Pro in the 80's and a Swift Ti in '03, so I was totally curious when Brooks came out with it's first non-leather saddle. I heard that the C-17 was nice, but a lil wide for some people. In comes the C-15.
I did a 100km test ride this morning. Trying out pristine pavement, dirt roads and grinding uphills. I found that one the pave it was VERY firm, like a perch, really liked the narrowness, strong and stable. On climbs it felt really nice, firm yet forgiving. I like a long saddle to accommodate when I slide forward over my pedals or to the back when I'm just ticking 'em over. Rough gravel and dirt roads I could really feel the sponginess of the seat, like it was absorbing the shock and not transferring it to my butt.
I have some fine tuning to do ( angle/position ) but no fatigue or pain like many new saddles give you in the beginning. A comfortable ride, and soon another Brooks Classic.
