Will this frame accept a wheel built with the Surly Clown Shoe (100mm) rim?
You would have to have to do some messing around to get this to work, with a smaller tire. Please refer to their blog at: http://salsacycles.com/culture/mukluk_enabler_and_Surlys_big_fat_larry/
