Like all Wolf Tooth Components products, the Wolf Axel Thru Axels look great, feature a lightweight design, and function at a high level. Most folks will never give much thought to their thru axel. If you take a moment to think about it though the thru axel junction is a very important one between your wheel and fork. The Wolf Axel uses a captive seal washer under the head of the axel in order to prevent over tightening. They are designed and manufactured in Minneapolis, Minnesota out of high-quality 7075 T6 aluminum. Available in three colors and weighing only 53 grams, the Wolf Tooth Wolf Axel is a worthy upgrade over your stock thru axel.
