No.9 80w Carbon Tubeless 27.5" Fat Trail Rim

Whisky No.9 Carbon Rims are designed to balance the fine line between weight and durability. The No.9 80w 27.5 Fat Bike Carbon Rim has an average weight of 690g which is around 150g lighter than the most popular 27.5 80mm fat bike alloy rim and that's before the added weight of the additional rim strip that is required before you add the tubeless tape.

With an internal width of 77mm, the Whisky No.9 27.5 Carbon Rim is compatible with 27.5 fat bike tires from 3.5-4.8" wide. If you are looking to upgrade your existing fat bike, 27.5x3.8" tires mounted on the 27.5 No.9 carbon rims will work on most 26" fat bikes that can clear a 26x4.4" due to the shorter tire sidewall on 27.5 fat bike tires. Whisky No.9 carbon rims can be set up tubeless and include tubeless tape and valves in the box. 

If you are building wheels with the Whisky No.9 80w 27.5 Carbon Rims yourself, the ERD used for spoke calculation is 562mm with a 0 offset. Unlike an alloy rim, the Whisky Carbon Rims will need to be built with the included spoke nipple washers.
