Shimano MTB Bottom Bracket with ABEC-3 Bearings

This is for 73mm English threaded frames that use a 24mm spindle (Shimano Hollowtech II). Dual lip groove seals made of silicone help keep water and other contaminants out. Grade 10 chromium steel balls, within 10/1,000,000" round, are used in chromium alloy steel races to give you noiseless, smooth, long bearing life.
