The WTB KOM Tough i35 TCS Rim - 29" is a hard-use aluminum 29er rim designed for riders who prioritize impact resistance and long-term reliability over ultra-light weight—whether that’s aggressive trail/enduro riding or a fully loaded bikepacking setup. Built from AL 6069 alloy and shaped around WTB’s reinforced I-Beam construction, it delivers a notably stout platform that stays composed under heavy cornering loads, repeated hits, and high spoke tensions.

• i35 internal width - A wider rim bed supports modern, higher-volume MTB tires for better sidewall stability and more consistent cornering feel at trail pressures
• AL 6069 alloy - Chosen for strength and fatigue resistance, helping the rim hold up to hard impacts and high-mileage use
• Evolved I-Beam construction with dual support beams - Adds rim stiffness and reinforcement where aggressive riding and heavy loads punish wheels most

Note: TCS 2.0 rims require WTB Solid Strip and TCS tape (tape applied on top of the Solid Strip) for proper tubeless setup.
