Fixer 3e for Front Baskets and Bags

The Topeak Fixer 3E Mount is designed to work with Topeak front baskets that use the Fixer 3 mount and e-bikes or standard bikes that need the basket moved forward to clear display units or other accessories.

To install the Fixer 3E, you will need a 5mm hex wrench. Instructions and handlebar compatibility can be found here.
