lostinacrowdThese tires are fast and fun (120tpi). I hit a curb though and split one of the side lugs. Too big of a hit for the sealant to seal. I put a patch on the inside and so far so good. They roll very similar to the Clement MSO. Maybe a little better. I had good traction on packed dirt roads and didn't have too many issues even when things got a bit muddy. Not enough tread to climb anything too steep that's loose, but gravel roads should be fine. I would recommend these tires!

KEENOThe Elwood is a tire I want to LOVE! But we have had 3 of the 700 x 40C Lights and 2 durability issues. The new first tire had a rear ply separation at 130 miles into C&O Towpath ride. The 2nd new tire went almost 1000 miles before having a catastrophic casing failure and sealant leaking at the sidewall. One day perfect, the next flat, seeping to the point sealant couldn't fill. I have not had any ply separation &/or casing fatigue issues while using as a front tire.
