Tacx Trainer Software is the next generation of software for the Tacx i-magic, Fortius and Fortius Multiplayer trainers. The TTS 3.0 runs completely independent of the trainers and is available as an addition to the software that comes with the trainers. I could not wait for TTS 4.0 (now just released), so I got TTS 3.x. The software is quirky, but almost never crashes at all and pretty much does all it is supposed to do.
Now that TTS 4.0 is out (next week), don't even think about getting TTS 3.0 as there is not an upgrade path.
The virtual worlds in 4.0 are supposed to be so much better than the old ones that even for a bargain basement price, you'll be better off with 4.0 and paying more.
However, if TTS 3.x gets cheap enough, and all you do is RLV and Ergo video or Google Earth, you might consider 3.x over 4.0.
4.0 is about 129 euros at TACX site right now. Due next week.
