Yep, Surly makes super tall socks. Were talking knee highs here. They're merino wool, which provides great moisture control, insulates well, and doesn''t itch like your grandparents wool. Wool is antimicrobial too, so these socks don''t build up stink the way socks made from other fabrics do. They''re also thicker than other socks. Warm. Comfy. You''ll have happy feet, even if the rest of you is a curmudgeon.

I purchased these for riding in the cold New England winter. These Surly socks have been very good on the trail and on the road at sub-freezing temps. They are a bit pricey but the quality is very good and have become a staple in my cold weather riding gear.
