Presta valves fit in the hole of a rim meant for Schrader valves. The valve might rattle, but a little bit of tape should be all you need to fix that.

Traded in the old 1mm surly tubes for these after both failed at the stem. These are about 20% lighter with no downside that I can see. Mine weighed in at just about the claimed weight.
