Can this cassette(12 speed) be use to replace a 11 speed cassette. What needs to be done to make it work?

But it won't work if you have 11 sp derailleur and shifters, of course

This cassette will be compatible with any XD or XDR (with spacer) driver. So, just pop the old one off and plop the new one on.
