The Hugo valves are sized like a normal Schrader valve so they will not work with a presta rim without making modifications to the rim.

These are Schrader valves and may work with rims other than the Hugo. You will just want to make sure that they have a tight fit. A lot of the rims that use Schrader valves aren't built to tight tolerances which can cause air leakage.
