The
Soma Fabrications Steel Core Tire Levers feature a supple nylon coating with a durable steel inner-core. From the outside they appear to look like a normal tire lever, but the steel core is where the real magic happens. The
Soma Steel Core Levers will be the last set of tire levers you ever need to purchase. Perfect for use on the bike, or at home in the garage, these levers are so reliable they have earned spots on our own workbenches in the shop. Toss your old disposable levers aside and grab a set of
Soma Steel Core Tire Levers!
- Wide lever section with spoke hook on opposite end
- Sold in pairs
- Durable steel core helps with the tightest tires
- Soft nylon coating will not scratch rims or pinch tubes
Soma Fabrications was among the first in the industry to produce a steel core tire lever. Now ubiquitous, these levers were re-engineed in 2013 to increase their strength.

kkohanThese levers combine the rim saving properties of plastic with the stiffness of metal. Terrific at getting that very difficult tight tire off the rim in the rain.

michaelstrevelI will never leave home without this piece again, bought a 2 pack then bought 3 more packs. I know no one needs that many tire leavers but when you see some of the crap your boys are using you gotta straight let'em know this is the only legit piece out there.

A GuestWorks as advertised--- nice and sturdy, didn't scuff the rim, pretty lightweight despite the steel core.

emkiiiSmall, light and rigid. Much better than the hard plastic ones.

jushaffeBroke both levers on my 8th TCS tire change.

A Guesti have had these for along time. at first you think they are better than regular plastic. ever had a flat at 5pm, no lamp, and your 5 miles out on a trail and you break not one but both of your ancient plastic tire irons? well these wont break on you but after a few years the plastic breaks off of them and the underlying steel is nasty and will eat your rim and tube. im going for the all aluminum ones next.

nscountsFinally a tire lever that won't scratch your rim, but won't break either
