The Soma Cazadero is designed to be used with tubes, you may be able to use this tire tubeless with a sealant but it is not supported by Soma.

The Cazadero tire was a good fit for my hard tail bike. The 42mm width gives a soft ride on rough surfaces. The tire is wearing very good so far. I did have one flat so far. of all things a pine cone caused the flat.
