dstaceyI bought this cover for use on a road trip from Detroit to Myrtle Beach and back (15 hours of driving - one way). It kept the bikes dry and survived the constant road wind turbulence, despite it's inhernet looseness. I had to tie down the excess material as I bought the large cover, which is for 2-4 bikes. I was only transporting 2. It was recommended to me get the larger cover so I am not sure how tight the smaller cover would be, or how difficult it would be to install. I can say that having the larger cover definitely made things easier when it came to covering and uncovering the bikes. I am happy with the product overall. The only thing to mention of concern is how it covers your brake lights. I had a person at a gas station mention to me that when he was following me on the freeway he could not see my rear brake lights, just the top center light. One side was completely covered and the other was partially, which he said made it hard for him to tell if I was braking. I drive a Yukon. Also, it covers your license plate so be careful that the police don't get you for not having it visible. I just took my chances and was fine.
