Silca Hold Fast Carbon Paste is a high-friction carbon assembly compound designed to keep carbon and alloy components secure with clean, controlled installs. Its high-tack, non-grease silicone base helps parts stay put during setup, while the elevated silicate friction additive content is formulated to increase surface friction so the correct fit can often be achieved with less clamping force than dry assembly—supporting safer torque practices for delicate cockpit and seatpost interfaces.
