The XT derailleur is non-servicable. If the cage is busted it's now a paper weight.

Shimano 9 & 10 speed derailleurs are not interchangeable due to the difference in cable pull each shifter uses. 10 speed Shimano road and mountain derailleurs are also not interchangeable.

My only complaint, which is not worth a bad review, is that I wish you could still get this in reverse pull (can't recall technical name), where positive thumb force went to the smaller ring as opposed to the larger ring. Other than that, looks and rides great. Its perrty in black too...
