XT M8050-GS Di2 11 Speed Shadow Plus Rear Derailleur

Shimano brings their high tech Di2 electronic shifting system to the popular XT mountain group. The Deore XT M8050-GS Rear Derailleur is based on the Deore XT M8000 series mechanical  11-speed group and features the ultra stable Shadow Plus clutch system for reduced chain movement and skip. Unlike their mechanical counterparts, Shimano mountain and road Di2 drivetrains are cross compatible provided that both components are running the same firmware version which can be checked here. The XT RD-M8050 is compatible with both direct mount and traditional derailleur hangers. Cassette capacity on the XT M8050 Di2 Rear Derailleur is limited to a max cog of 42t 2x11-speed or 46t 1x11-speed.
