asked by: a guest My crank is an older Hollowtech, FC-M572. Will these chainrings fit?
A.
anwered by: canteau This chainring will fit fine on the 4 bolt version of the FC-M572. For best shifting performance, it is a good idea to match all of the same series chain rings.

asked by: a guest Can I run this chainring with a chain guide as a 1x9 setup?
A.
anwered by: bhardy Since this is ramped and pinned, you will constantly be running into problems. It's best to get a non ramped or pinned chainring for 1x9 setups.

asked by: a guest I have a Shimano 9 spd crank and stamped on the chainring is SG-X M9 32. Can I use this ch
A.
anwered by: canteau The model of your crank will be stamped around the outside of the hole that the pedal threads into on the inside of the crank arm.
This chainring will fit all 4-bolt 104bcd shimano cranks.
Shimano recomends that you use the chain rings as a matched set for best preformance (such as all m770's ) because the shift points will all line up properly.
