I currently have older Shimano RSX 3x7 set on an older 2000ish road bike. Would these be a replacement for those shifters? The bike currently has a Shimano RSX 7sp rear derailleur.

The Shimano Tourney ST-A070 7-Speed STI Lever Set should work to replace older Shimano 7-speed road shifters.

My road bike has grip shifters can i just swap these on as they are same 7x3 thanks
A.
anwered by: canteau
They may work, depending on the derailleurs you have. These shifters require Shimano Tourney derailleurs that have a part number that starts with the letter "A".

Will these work OK with cantilevers, like Tektro High profile?
A.
anwered by: canteau
They should, as most if not all cantilever brakes require a short pull brake lever.
