After trying multiple 3rd party pads that all squealed or didn't stop well (which, BTW, have worked well on my other bikes), I'm back to Shimano's latest iteration on these flat-mount pads for my GRX-equipped gravel bike. These wear faster, but they stop reliably in any conditions and make zero noise. Stick with the OEM pads.

I've found these to be much quieter and better wet weather action vs. non-OEM pads.

my OEM K03S-RX pads (now obsolete) were squealing and had less stopping power (likely contaminated with something) so I chose these L05A-RF pads as finned versions of the newer K05S-RX pads. New resin composition over the old ones. Dropped right into my BR-4770 calipers with no issue. So far I have no noise and better stopping power.
