Possibly if your Trek Marlin 7 has q/r 141mm rear spacing. Older models would have been 135mm spacing, but Trek does not list the rear spacing of the new bikes on their website.

Will this hub fit my 2018 Scott Spark 960 (29er) frame's 5mm x 141mm drop outs. And are there "rear" wheels which are built with this hub? Currently have a Formula CT1702 5mm x 141 mm, (XD driver). I'm looking to eliminate the lag found within my current Formula hub.

This hub will fit your frame, but it uses a different kind of cassette. There are currently no pre-built wheels with this hub.
