Does not come with an axle as thread pitch on fork is not standard. and it looks like the would use a 288 left spoke and 289mm right spoke for 3x lacing. thanks

It does not come with an axle and it cannot use a QR unless you are able to find some sort of converter.

They technically are and use a standard cone/bearing set up like most Shimano hubs. However, Shimano does not provide a service manual and care must be done not to damage the Dynamo wire and mechanism as they are not available aftermarket.
There are a few 3rd party websites that do offer step by step instructions.
