Shimano
105 5700-SS/GS 10spd Rear Derailleur Pulley Set
0 available online / in-store
If your derailleur has seen a ton of miles or just a few with a really dirty chain it may be time for new pulleys. Properly working, non-worn derailleur pulleys are key to good shifting and lower overall drivetrain drag.
These rear derailleur pulleys come stock on the
Shimano 105 5700-SS and 5700GS rear derailleurs and will fit other models listed below. Changing the pulleys is a matter of removing one bolt and does not require you to remove the chain, so don't let the fastest rotating part on your drivetrain hold you back.
This pulley set will fit the following Shimano derailleur models:
- 105 - 5701,5700, 5600, 5501, 5500
- Tiagra - 4500, 4400,
- Sora - 3400, 3300,
- SLX - M662, M600
- Hone M601
- Deore - M592, M591, M531, M530, M511, M510
- LX - M581, M580, M571, M570
- Alivio - M430, MC20, MC18
- Acera - M330
- Nexave - C810

rcprimakThere are no longer any OEM parts available for my Shimano Deore RD M531 rear derailleur, so I gave these pulley wheels a shot. They are not the same as the original parts, but they fit and with some adjustments, they work as well as the original parts. Assembly is complicated a bit by the directional arrow on the tension pulley, and the fact that the g-pulley is different from the tension pulley, which is not the case with the OEM pulley wheels for my derailleur.
