Oddly, it's a bit lighter than the Dura-Ace 7900 version.
Will work with any hollowtech II crankset - I used it with an ultegra SL setup.
Supposedly a bit better than the last gen. Either way, it's affordable, really easy to install, and functions 100%.
I've used the 6700 version on another bike - don't really think there is much of a difference. Get whichever one is cheaper today.

This is a great product. I recently upgraded from old Sora components to full 105 drivetrain and definitely notice the difference.
