This is the Cargo Rack Accessory that attaches to either the Freedom or Superclamp bike racks. The photo is meant to show the product in use. No. This only works with the Superclamp 4 or the Freedom 4. You basically take off the bike bar closest to the car and bolt this thing down in it's place. I suppose you could take the bike bar off the Superclamp 2 and use this, but then there would be no place to carry the bikes.
