The Saris Bones 3-bike Trunk Rack holds up to 3 bikes with strong, injection-molded arms and legs and ratcheting anti-sway straps to secure and stabilize the bikes. Saris lists the Bones 3 as working on the 2013 Subaru Legacy, but it does require the Hatch Huggers to replace the upper hooks and has a maximum load limit of 70lbs and 2 bikes. The Bones 3 will not work with models that have the rear spoiler option. You can find a complete list of fit notes for the Saris Bones 3 and a Subaru Legacy here:

The CRV with a rear spare tire requires a spare tire rack such as the Thule Spare Me or the Yakima Sparetime or Spare Joe 2. The tire and tire mount interfere with the Saris Bones or other trunk mount racks.
