Sapim Double Square SL Alloy Nipple is a wheelbuilding-focused spoke nipple designed for accurate truing, stable spoke tension, and long-term serviceability in a lightweight package. This 14g / 16mm version is built from 7075-T6 aluminum and supplied as a 100-count bulk pack for complete builds or shop inventory.

• Double Square Drive - Supports truing and tensioning with either internal or external nipple wrenches, making mid-build adjustments and final stress-relief checks easier and reducing the chance of rounding the nipple
• Polyax Head Interface - Rounded head geometry helps the nipple self-align at the rim, improving spoke/nipple line and reducing side-loading that can complicate tensioning
• SL 7075-T6 Aluminum - High-strength alloy construction keeps rotating weight down while maintaining the durability expected for performance wheel builds
