As long as you get the right bottom bracket the Apex 1 crankset should work with all road bikes that have a 68mm or 70mm wide bottom bracket shell.

The Apex 1 crank is designed for single chainring applications only, the back side of the spider is not designed to work with a 2nd chainring.

It will depend on the chainline the frame is designed to be used with. SRAM 10-speed road shifters are compatible with 10-speed SRAM mountain drivetrains as long as the frame will work with the wider chainline a mountain crank provides.
