Rohloff does make thru-axle hubs for both boost and non-boost applications, however the frame will need to be measured by a shop using the Rohloff thru-axle measuring kit to make sure you get the right setup.

You might be able to mount the Rohloff Disc-Speedhub to a disc brake version of the RANS Stratus, however RANS does not really list the hub specs that the Stratus requires. You will also need the Rohloff chain tensioner.

The Rohloff Disc-Speedhub includes the hub, 14sp twist shifter, 16t cog, and cables/housing.
Disc Speedhubs are compatible with the OEM 2 axle plate, but it is not included.

The spoke length will depend on the rim ERD, nipple length and lace pattern. DT Swiss has a spoke length calculator here to help you out.

Rohloff Speedhubs are compatible with e-bikes.
Unless the bike uses certain models of the Bosch mid drive motor, you may not be able to use the Rohloff e14 shifter, but the standard shifter will work.
Like a standard bike, You will need to set the gearing up to match your wheel size, Rohloff has a chart here:
