It depends on the year and model of the Rock Shox Recon, this cap will not fit the 30mm or alloy 32mm forks.

If your stock Rock Shox fork has 32mm uppers that are steel, yes. If it has 32mm alloy or 30mm steel uppers it will not.

This top cap will not fit the Rock Shox Sektor because it has alloy uppers, we do carry the Sektor top cap here:
