If your Cannondale has an 1-1/8" steerer tube and uses a fork with an axle to crown measurement of 487mm, yes. Depending on the stock fork you might also need a cable hanger if you are using the stock cantilever brakes.

This 26” fork is a great upgrade for a great old bike! I have a Cannondale Super-V900 and had its 60mm HeadShok rebuilt. Worked great, but given the downhills I was getting into, I opted to get a fork with more travel. I was impressed with the quality of RockShox build right out of the box.. Its performance downhill was more impressive — silky smooth but rock-solid stable.. Though the Cannondale install requires adapters which add 4 cm to the height, I didn’t think the geometry change made a big difference in handling.
