Exclusive to the 2010 Tora XC/SL (100mm fixed travel) fork: 1 spring and shaft assembly per fork (requires top cap preload assembly from original spring = not included or stocked separately)
- 2010 Tora XC,SL forks: single-sided spring fixed to lower shaft assembly (not compatible with 2009 or older Tora fork models and only stocking 100mm aftermarket travel - no OEM 80mm or 120mm travel at this time)
Standard spring rates (unless stated otherwise):
- soft (<140lb)
- med/stock (140-160lb)
- firm (160-180lb)
- x-firm (180lb )

This spring kit will work on 2012-15 Recon XC models that have an integrated spring and shaft assembly. If your fork has a separate spring and shaft assembly, the following spring should work for your fork:

I weight 159 pounds, which size should I buy?

Most likely you would want to go with the firm (160-180) because after you add things like a flat kit, water bottle or hydration pack it will push you into the range for the firm spring. If you prefer a softer ride feel free to use the medium spring, it isn't going to hurt the fork at your weight.
