It would work, but it would turn your Reba into a Recon Gold. The SRAM part # for your proper damper is 11.4015.544.090 and it is a part that we do not stock.

If it is a non-Magic Gate fork (gold knob) it will work but you will have to use fluid levels for the newer forks. You may also need other small parts not included with this kit.
