The website description of this wheel is much too modest. It has Cliffhanger rims, a Deore hub, and DT spokes. We chose the Cliffhanger rim for our touring tandem a few years ago, so I'm sure this wheel will hold up very well on a touring/mountain bike. I had a Deore hub on one of my bikes for two decades, and it was still in great shape when I had to replace the wheel. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised to see what parts went into this wheel.
