Fat Bike Front Wheel Formula/Surly Other Brother Darryl

Each Quality Wheel is laced and trued in Bloomington, Mn using the latest technology and old school handcraftsmanship to some of the tightest build standards in the industry. This Quality Wheels Fat Front Wheel features a value-packed Formula front hub laced to the tubeless ready Surly Other Brother Darryl rim.

Surly Other Brother Darryl rim is the latest in a long line of Surly fat bike rims and is the first Surly fat bike rim to be tubeless ready. To set up the Surly Other Brother Darryl rim tubeless, Surly offers a kit that includes everything you need minus the sealant that can be found here. The Other Brother Darryl rim has an outer width of 85mm and is equally suited for 4" or 5" tires.

The Formula front hub features sealed bearings and is designed to work with 15x150mm front fat bike forks. 

A matching rear wheel is available with either Shimano or SRAM XD freehub bodies and comes in 177mm or 197mm shell widths.
