These ProMax P-1 Linear pull v-brakes are designed for BMX racing which uses only a rear brake. You should also be able to use it as a front brake, by moving the brake pad spacers around.

They are shorter than standard v-brakes and are designed for smaller racers which use a 20x1-3/8" or 24x1-3/8" tire.
