This particular MisMatch kit includes the Right adaptor only for 1x setups.
I-Spec II is found on Shimano's new XTR 9000 and XT 8000 shifters and brakes. I-Spec II has a half moon shape and does not work with previous versions of I-Spec A or B. Bike Radar did a great post on how to tell the difference between the I-Spec versions which can be found here.
