I just bought a second pair of these for my wife's commuter. I've had a pair for about 3 years now. They go on easy and are pretty rugged. Mine are the silver (ABS) version and they still look like new.
Oops, I forgot, I have a 700c pair too.

These work great and completely cover 2" tires. It's a bit of a hassle to get them straight when mounting over disc brakes (because of the spacer) but after some fiddling I'm happy with how they look.
Mounting the back fender on my 1x1 had 2 challenges:
1. I needed a spacer to keep the fender in the right position (relative to the tire) at the bottom bracket/chainstay yoke.
2. Shaking/vibration caused the rear fender to rattle near the seat stay brake cable bridge. I needed to use a zip tie to stabilize it to keep things quiet.

I like the nearly wrap-around coverage for the rear tire, and just over 90 degree coverage for the front tire. I wish the front fender was longer in the front to further reduce water spray into my headlight. I bought these when I suddenly realized that my 1997 Trek rigid 26" MTB had lugs for fenders. Before that, I had used a combination of old Zefal fenders, and riveted milk bottle extensions to the rear fender to slightly reduce the spray on my back and backpack. I even bought a set of Planet Bike fenders last year, but they were too narrow for my 2.1" tires, and rubbed no matter how I adjusted them.
I jumped on this set when Tree Fort Bikes offered a price match without my asking - I love this feature!
These Cascadia fenders took about an hour to install. The hardest part was front fender alignment because my front fork had thick tubing that didn't clear the fender like typical fork construction, so I had to fidget with the stays almost 10 times before settling into a position that won't rub the tire. The rear fender installation was completely smooth, requiring just 1 additional adjustment to clear my V-brake noodle.
After that, both fenders have been solid and quiet even through potholes and gravel (I live on a short dirt road, and my commute includes 2 miles of badly broken NH back road pavement). I do notice the huge reduction in water spray on both my back and my shoes, thanks in large part to the generous mud flaps front and back.
