If you have calipers you can measure the exact size of your nipples, standard DT Swiss and Wheelsmith nipples should be 3.23mm

Like the prior review, I bought this spoke wrench to help stop rounding off nipples. However it was too tight to use, and I'd have taken forever to finish the wheel build since the tool has to be finessed on and off the spoke nipples each time. Park needs to back off on the plating thickness or something.

It is tight... and has removed some of the red anodized finish off my spoke nipples. :-( Otherwise good tool design.

I bought this because regular 2-sided spoke wrenches tended to deform nipples. It does its job, but it's a tight fit on most of my DT Swiss alloy nipples, and I had to wrestle with the spoke wrench to get it off one too many nipples. Hopefully it will wear a bit with use and be stuck less often.
