RC-1 Green Press Fit Retaining Compound

Park RC-1 Retaining Compound fills in gaps and increases the holding properties of friction fit components. RC-1 Retaining Compound should be used when installing components such as press fit bottom brackets or sealed bearings and can help reduce noise or creaking associated with those parts due to poor tolerances. Park RC-1 can be used in all applications that call for Loctite 680 retaining compound (Loctite Green).

Prior to using Park RC-1 retaining compound, surfaces must be prepped with Park AP-1 Adhesive Primer. Failure to do so could result in permanently bonded parts. This is extremely important when installing press fit bottom brackets in carbon fiber frames.

• Not for titanium parts
